Bleeding 3 days after egg collection

It was my first egg collection on Monday, tonight I have started bleeding? I was told I might expect spotting but it's more than just spotting though. I'm not due a fresh transfer due to the volume of eggs collected and OHSS risk so I don't need to worry about my lining, but surely this isn't AF this soon after?

Hi this is normal although I panicked too as had this on my first egg collection and the clinic never mentioned it! I had a post egg collection bleed about 5 days later than had another period about 2 weeks after that and then my cycles were back to normal
