CD21 blood result - can someone help?

I've had my CD21 bloods and just checked online and it's says

64 nmol/l

Can someone help interpret? I've called my drs and they said my notes say to discuss at next review but I don't have an review. They said a DR can call me but there's no phone calls until Monday - so feel a bit like I want to know if I ovulated 🤞

Can anyone help?

I've just seen this graph attached
The result is in the middle of 60.19 - 67.87
At 64.00 ?

30nmol/l indicates ovulation so looks like you ovulated on that cycle. X
