Withdrawal bleed

Hi all, was wondering how soon after a failed ET did you have your withdrawal bleed after stopping progesterone. I’m assuming I’m going to have a painful heavy period as lining was quite thick before transfer 😕

I started to bleed just before Test Day, before I'd even stopped progesterone. The bleed was only really light though and lasted like 1.5 days. I kept expecting the 'proper' bleed to come as I had been told to expect a heavy bleed, and knew my lining had been good. It never turned up though beyond the tiny bit I had those 1.5 days. I even ended up getting a scan at the clinic a few weeks later as I was so confused by it and sure I must have a load of manky old lining retained in there. All clear though. So the moral of my story is that a thick lining doesn't always mean a heavy period.
