Care vs CRGH fertility clinics

Hello everyone

I am currently being treated at create which have been horrendous on the admin and organisation front. I find them extremely flippant in suggesting treatment and I am about to embark IVF but have decided to switch clinics as I have no faith in create due to their lack of due diligence on many fronts, including not responding back to emails on ivf treatment. Regardless, researching further and starting all over again I’ve decided to focus on two clinics CRGH and CARE fertility but am very torn between the two. I do like CRGH as they seem unconventional in their treatment which adds to their success rates but seem at the same time quite rigorous in their approach which may add to stress? Care seems brilliant too and easy to kick start but unsure about the ivf not being tailored enough?
I’m not really complicated - one blocked tube with PCOS (I suffer with long cycles and annovolutory cycles) AMH is 20 (last done in April) and have good follicles 12 on each side. I actually prefer conventional ivf though not a fan of long term cycles with drugs. I am also thinking about PGS due to a previous TFMR on my first and only pregnancy. Never did IVF before. I am 37 and my DH is 36 with slight low morphology at 3% but he is taking proceed.
Whom would you recommend? I would welcome your feedback XX

Hiya, I am at CRGH at the moment. I think their communication is terrible. I never speak to the same person twice and my doctor has been on leave throughout my stimms. Nurses and sonographers are indifferent at best, if not rude. I am encouraged only by their success rate at the moment. But may elect to continue somewhere else.

Interesting to hear other opinions on CRGH - I'd be interested to hear more too.

As for my two cents - I did a cycle with them last year but it was via the NHS, so I really only dealt with the clinic directly for the EC and transfer. For both procedures I had no issues. With the EC particularly the staff were really nice. I wasn't particularly happy with the cycle treatment though as it felt terribly generic and one-size-fits-all (to the extent that looking back it felt like a bit of waste of time really) BUT this was thru the NHS so I attribute the treatment choice down to that. At least that's my guess, unfair as it seems!

Right now I've just started a second cycle with the clinic privately. Not really had any communications issues, except for slow email replies a couple times, but I haven't had to get in touch all that often. Last night I used their Salve app and got a couple replies back very quickly, so that seems to work well as a route of communication. I think my only complaint is just how bloody expensive it all is, but I don't think that changes much from clinic to clinic! As for treatment decisions - it is a bit 'throw everything but the kitchen sink at it', but I'm 42, with some male fertility issues on my partners side too, so probably to be expected really. I'm much happier with the fact it's short protocol and I seem to be on less drugs and a different selection from last time, but as mentioned, I felt my first cycle wasn't really made for me at all, so this one already feels a lot easier and less stressful.

We are looking at CRGH for IVF. Has anyone had any experience with CRGH? Which consultant would you recommend? We want someone used to treating women in their late 30's with good outcomes.
Has anyone been treated by Jara Ben Nagi?
All advice welcome!
