Low ovarian reserve '1.1', age 38

Hi all, is anyone older and dealing with low egg reserve and average to low quality sperm? Would be super grateful to hear your experiences. Any advice on how to select a clinic would be most appreciated x

I'm the same age as you but with a lower AMH level of 0.2, no male factor issues. I have found that almost all IVF clinics will only consider me for IVF with donor eggs except one chain of clinics called Create Fertility which use a technique called Natural IVF which is specifically used with those that have low ovarian reserves. For the low sperm quality any clinic that that you speak with would probably recommend ICSI but I think that all clinics could do that. x
