After bloods test, scans and xrays I have an appointment for the beginning of last month which was cancelled, but today had a call as the hospital are happy to prescribe me clomid!!

I'm not able to start it straight away as the clinic still doesn't have the monitoring unit open properly following COVID-19 however I feel this is a step in the right direction.

Please share your clomid stories.

Best advice I can give you take on a night so you sleep through hot flushes xxx

Caused me to grow a medium sized fibroid. 6 months didn't work.

JandL2020 · 15/07/2020 19:05

Made me feel horrendous - but i has other stuff going on making me stressed so I don’t know if that contributed. I have a pack left but I haven’t taken it as can’t be monitored. It’s powerful stuff

The hot flushes 🥵 I also felt very emotionally unstable whilst taking it!

Yes same!

Sorry I’ve not been more positive about. I’m sure people feel fine on it and fall pregnant easily but it wasn’t for me

Thank you all, sound like I'm heading for a rough time 🧐 the things we do to have a baby!

If it helps, I only felt warm at night and a bit grumpy but it wasn't particularly rough. I've done 11 cycles altogether. I've just been swapped to letrozole for final round before private for Baby2.

WhatKatyDidNxt · 19/07/2020 08:40

Did 5 cycles of it, it didn’t work. Made me fat, gave me headaches and left me with at least 1 cyst (maybe 2?)
