First Appointment before starting IUI

Due to have a phone consultation this week with the fertility clinic before starting our first IUI cycle. Is there any questions I should ask or anything anyone wish they had knowledge of before starting the process?

I would make sure they confirm ovulation with ultrasound.
My first clinic didn't, only to find out later that trigger shot doesn't always work for me.

Is there any good clinics that anyone can recommend in the UK. Had a failed nhs ivf a year ago a now looking for a good clinic in the UK who can support me in my journey.

I am currently with Complete Fertility - they are mainly based down on the south coast. But they are really friendly and do all the tests, they go through all of the options and do open evenings so you can and see the clinic and the nurses that do all the work there. Worth a look at them.
