Another possible ectopic !! Freaking out here !! Advice please 😩

Bit of a complicated story but here goes !
I got pregnant with the help of Clomid ! I would of been 5 weeks now , but I started bleeding the day my period was due which was the 6th. The nurse said it’s likely to be a miscarrage & my period has turned up. My hcg levels have dropped ... but only slowly . There at 23 now which would be classed as negative she said ? But ! I have only had 2 days spotting and nothing else . She said it may be a miscarrage on its way or it could be dead in my tube ?!! I only have one tube left ffs !! What can they do ?! Will it come out by its self ?! Am confused though as I had blood the day my period was due ? I go back Friday for a scan ....

Is the hcg dropping? That's generally a sign that it will miscarry itself.

23 isn't negative, but very low and won't need treatment if dropping.

Sorry for such uncertainty and that it's not looking hopeful this time.

The nurse said they are only dropping slowly ! From 99 , 62 , now 23 ? She said that would be a negative test ?
No , I know , I’m fine with it , it’s just the worry of not knowing where it is . It’s not likely to rise now is it . x

No. It won't start rising again.

Sounds like it's dropping and quite unlikely to cause complications.
