IVF or Natural IVF for low AMH

Hi all. I am 38 and i recently tested my AMH levels and the came out somewhere between low and very low at 0.3. I had surgery 10 years ago for a cyst on my ovary which turned out to be endometriosis and i haven't had any issues since. I recently decided to go through a round of egg freezing, the Dr could see 3-4 follicles on one of my ovaries, the other one appears to have been damaged significantly from surgery. No further eggs developed in the cycle though i was on hormone treatment. In the end he only managed to get one good egg to freeze which was very disappointing...
I am now considering going ahead with full IVF with a sperm donor. Has anyone had any similar experience? I have read that natural IVF would be better for someone with low ovarian reserve but the chances of pregnancy are probably lower? Is there a clinic in London what you can recommend for someone in my position?
Thank you :)
