Adnexal masses palpated?

Hi ladies
I had a d&c under general anaesthetic for mmc.

My discharge letter says “No Adnexal masses palpated”...

does this mean that I have masses but they wasn’t examined/inspected or does it simply mean that I do not have any masses?

I plan to call my doctor to ask questions that I have, but I would really appreciate any response.

I think that means no masses felt on examination by hand?
I'm sure palpated means examine by touch...

‘No adnexal masses palpated’ means that they examined you and found no masses xx
