Hi! Back on the decaf from tomorrow in preparation for FET soon.

Out of interest, does anyone know how long it takes to leave your system? Say if I have my last cup of normal tea tonight at 10.

Caffine has a half life of about 5 hours meaning 50% is out of your system within 5 hours and the rest up to about 20 hours later depending on person to person. So I would say gone within 24 hours but call it 48 if you want to be extra sure!

Ah Thankyou!

I knew it'd be well out of my system by the time we transfer because that's weeks away.
