I'm 40 with an FSH of 20 and AMH of 8.93. I've just gone through my second miscarriage in 2 years. We've been trying to conceive our second for 2 years. Thankfully I've been referred to a recurrent miscarriage consultant.

It takes me a year each time to get pregnant and I fear I don't have the time to wait now. Can anything like letrozole or clomid help me get pregnant quicker? I wonder if my consultant can prescribe if so.

Anything else to help conceive?

So sorry to hear about your miscarriages.
Clomid and letrozole induce ovulation so unless you're not ovulating regularly, I'm not sure that it'll help. Are you currently under a fertility clinic?
