CRGW / IUI in Bristol area - help!

We (a lesbian couple) were recommended CRGW by two couples we know, however so much with our treatment has gone wrong. We feel we are months behind our plans due to the clinic’s poor management. Have others felt this way about their clinic? I’m 34 and have no health issues, yet I felt they twisted my arm to have a medicated IUI cycle, it causes me to lose my cycle as my body reacted so badly to the drugs, then I had polycystic ovaries due to this so I lost the following month too. I was so angry and disappointed. I was told the complaints procedure was exhausted but looking back, I think they should have allowed me to formally complain. At that point several things had gone wrong, I felt I had to try and keep a good relationship with them as ultimately we want a baby and we need their help. I thought that pushing a formal complaint would compromise us. Has anyone else felt like this?

Having convinced ourselves to continue with them, I’ve just discovered that they used blocked sperm in my last cycle, because one of their doctor-owners had missed an email from our sperm bank. They’re taking no responsibility and blaming the sperm bank! It took them four months to let us know. We feel we should have been told in order to get new sperm in time, and some recognition of the fact they used blocked sperm in my procedure! It makes me feel so dehumanised. And I’m so annoyed about the amount of time they’ve wasted. Has anyone got any advice?

It seems from reviews that people have problems with LWC too. What else is on offer in Bristol? We feel desperate. Has anyone ever changed clinic and how long does that take?

Please help us!
