Just wondering if anyone has any success with fertility smart? I have read good reviews online but not sure if their true!
It's an expensive supplement and don't want to buy if its not going to help.
I have pcos and been TTC for 10 months now. Periods very irregular- probably not ovulating.
I am having tests through gynae/ infertility but my actual follow up is in 4 months so thought I would do something to help in the meantime. I'm doing the usual healthy eating and exercise. Less sugar and carbs.
Just wondering if anyone can recommend any supplements or have tried fertility smart first hand?
