Cramps & sore breasts 5 days after ovulation ?

My boobs are still sore 5 days after ovulation & having cramps ? I had sex 5 days before I ovulated ? ...

These things are caused by rising/changing progesterone and any relationship to possible pregnancy is coincidental.
