I ovulated yesterday with the help of Clomid. I had sex Monday evening ( so 5 days before ovulation ) Today I have so much pain in my uterus and right Ovary more so than left .
I do not have a right Fallopian tube and have pcos .
Why is the pain so bad ...

Hi OP this is absolutely to do with trying again so quickly after ectopic surgery. I'm really surprised that your clinic allowed you do another clomid cycle straight away as the ectopic trust advice is to wait at least 12 weeks or 3 cycles and I really do think your clinic has been negligent in this respect. It took at least 6 weeks for my scars to heal externally and I imagine internally the same again. You are forcing your body to produce multiple follicles in an area which has been recently operated on so it's going to hurt what ever happens. It's painful enough for the first few cycles only producing 1 follicle let alone multiples
