Metformin and ovulation

Hey

I have PCOS but i always ovulate regularly, although my cycles are 42 days rather than 28.
Im on metformin for recurrent miscarriage and waiting to start my final FET.
Only i think im ovulating now... a week or so early. Im getting the classic signs that i normally get, the ovary twinges and EWCM..
I know that Metformin is to help ovulation for those with PCOS but i assumed that was for women that dont really ovulate... not to bring it on early for those that do..

Anyone had this or heard of this?

Hi, no advice here but in the same boat. I've had ewcm from cycle day 7! Not sure what on earth is going on, also take metformin for pcos. Tbh I don't even normally get much of it and usually ovulate around cycle day 15 so it's all unusual for me
