I had a chat with one of my besties today and she got so upset as she's ttc & it's not happening. We were both crying because there is nothing more in the world I want for her & some of you may know that those 2 weeks of waiting can be torture only to be disappointed again.

Apparently she googled that Soy Isoflavones May help with fertility? I have never ever heard about it but she said you have to take it during the cycle and you're more likely to release a healthy egg? Is that a thing? Any success stories?

Nature's clomid. I tried it. Didn't work for me... I think you double the dose you would if you had clomid.

But really, if be encouraging your friend to seek support from her gp and getting tests done if it's been a year or more (or 6 months if over 35).
