Letrozole...day 2?

Hi ladies,
I'm sure this has been asked before but when is CD2!?
I just started my period (8pm) and I need to start taking letrozole on day 2 of my cycle. But is that tomorrow? Or Friday? Given I've started my cycle so late in the day.
Any thoughts? Thanks!

My clinic said first day counts of a full day bleeding, so if AF started 8pm it doesn't count as day 1. Good luck X
