We did it! OH had a count of 5-6m with low motility and morphology. We changed his diet to low Fodmap, as he'd long been ignoring IBS symptoms. A couple of months later at egg collection his count was 12m, though motility was still low. We started trying naturally again and he started taking these supplements called FH Pro for Men. (They're expensive as they have to come from America but I really rate them.) The other thing that I think helped was that over my fertile window we DTD every day. 4 days in a row was quite hard work by the end! But apparently it's better where sperm quality is an issue because sperm spend less time deteriorating in the testes. Good luck and don't lose hope!
