Anyone had success with poor egg quality and bad sperm?

Hi all, my husband has low sperm count high dna frag and bad motility and morphology. I came back fine on all tests but two failed rounds with very few eggs indicate bad egg quality. No blasts from either round. Transferred a morula on first and nothing to transfer on second.

Has anyone had success with both male and female issues? I know there is success with female issues of PCOS as that usually generates loads of eggs but has anyone had success with poor egg quality small number of eggs and sperm issues too?

We have MFI but our first round of IVF ended in zero fertilisation so I’m concerned there’s an egg quality issue too. We’re awaiting some sperm test results so will hopefully know more from that. Meanwhile we’ve both been taking impryl recommended by Dr Ramsay in London. Also what kind of ivf did you have before? If you look at Create, they specialise in natural modified IVF which is less drugs and less eggs but means quality should be improved. How do you know egg quality is an issue? My understanding is that if your eggs fertilised, if they fail between days 3-5 it’s usually a sperm issue. Also low number of eggs doesn’t always mean bad quality. X
