Maca, royal jelly and bee pollan

Hi has anyone been told not to or yes to take maca, royal jelly and bee pollan.

Ive found different information on it with ivf i was recommended by my herbalist to take this so i was all ready to but after ready it helps fertility but then read different information in regards to ivf

This is my last shot so what to help as much as i can and try anything in my power

I've been taking royal jelly as there were quite a few positive stories on the internet about that one, I thought bee pollen was more for male fertility? X

But have seen positive and negative about royal jelly with ivf especially after et

@MrsLouB I've been taking Royal Jelly for the last four months. I used to add Maca powder to DH's smoothies as it was good for male virility?

I'm only taking royal jelly for egg collection and then will stop royal jelly and ubquinol after EC and just take my Proceive max then

Oh ok cool as mine fet then i suppose i should take it now as may only be a week or so away from transfer
