IUI at Create St Pauls or CRGH?

Just trying to decide which one to go with, their prices seem similar, and not much data on IUI success rates for create so its difficult to compare based on that.

Has anyone done an IUI procedure at either of these clinics? If so how did you find it?

HFEA stats for IVF is good for both. They were my top picks when looking for alternatives to current clinic. IUI is super basic and straightforward so even a clinic with poor IVF stats couldn't get it wrong! I guess it depends what you plan to do if a 3 IUI package fails? If you prefer low dose (natural modified) IVF due to advanced age or low AMH for example if go with Create. Their focus is quality over quantity of eggs. If you want normal to high dose IVF to focus on quantity of eggs you can try for CRGH. For IVF CRGH has higher success but it's no significant difference. We did 3 IUIs then went back to IVF (ICSI)...

Thank you chat, they are both good clinics but CRGH iui results for last year were poor, compared to the national average, and create haven’t got success rates as they did under 10 cycles, so don’t post them for privacy reasons.

So have you done iui with CRGH? How was it? Did they tailor any part of the treatment to you? And how did they monitor your cycle? Also, were there many additional costs?

The thing about IUI is that it's not much better than sex a doc said. Now that IVF advanced with better results they generally only recommend IUI for couples unable to have intercourse or lesbian couples. I only did it after IVF cause my DH wanted to but it didn't work. Our original IVF did work do now just trying to get a sibling for our child. Didn't use CRGH but only cause we've decided not to bother changing clinics. Just gonna stick to current clinic at kings for one last try and be done with it. Don't do more than 3 IUIs before moving onto IVF. Hope you're successful either way x
