UCLH RMU back up and running?

Hello,

I’m just wondering if anyone has heard from UCLH about resuming their fertility treatment? I know they have been given the green light by the HFEA but I haven’t heard anything from them and don’t get much info when I call.

I was due to have a FET when all treatments were cancelled. I don’t think I’ll be top of the list to resume treatment but just want to know that they’re at least getting started and are making their way through the list.

I have some clomid left over and am toying with the idea of using it as I have PCOS so my cycles are really, really long...

@Jac119 hi there
I am being followed by UCLh fertility center and I must say I am having a very difficult time with them. I have pcos and they asked to me to go on letrozole without waiting for my period which is now creating a mess in my ovaries.
How did it go for you? Did you get prégnant?

@Pcosqueen sorry for my late reply! I’ve had a username change since my last post!

I had a FET last September that didn’t work but had another FET in March this year and I am currently 13 weeks pregnant with twins! All in all I’d say my experience with UCLH was really positive. But if you ever aren’t sure then you should definitely voice it so they can explain why they are making certain decisions - I’ve always found they took the time to explain.

Wishing the best of luck!x

Hi @Pcosqueen sorry to hear you are having a difficult time with uclh. As reassurance I wanted to say I did an egg retrieval and two FETs with them and found them excellent and fortunately now have a son who will be one next week. Best of luck.

But as the previous poster said -def ask about protocols if you aren’t sure -they will listen.

@Jac119 I am being followed by them at the moment - letrozole treatment
They are very slow with response so have to insist heavily - have you heard them back from them?
