Bleeding throughout luteal phase

I should start by saying I'm six months post an IVF pregnancy - history of endometriosis, anovulation and one blocked tube.

I bleed throughout my luteal phase, usually from cycle day 17 up until starting my period on day 29. It's not just spotting upon wiping, it's heavier than that and a mixture of red blood and dark brown discharge.

Even on max dose Clomid my progesterone levels suggested I didn't ovulate, but in case it's just a low progesterone issue I was wondering if there's any supplements I can start taking now, in case it would increase my chances of a natural conception in a year or two's time.
If I remember correctly I took B-Complex 50 from Holland and Barrett prior to IVF last time

I bought progesterone tablets (Utrogestan) from a pharmacy in Spain. They were pretty cheap.
Didn't get pregnant but they did hold off the spotting if that was the issue, I took them a few days after ovulation.

I took utrogestan in the second half of my cycle too as my progesterone was low. I think I took 200mg per day and it stopped the spotting. I tried for 6 months though and didn’t fall pregnant.

I’ve read things about agnus cactus helping but I didn’t ever actually try it. I was worried about it messing up my cycles.
