Hi all, can I ask if anyone has had a successful ivf while eating not great during the cycle? I’ve just started stimming and I know I should be cutting out sugar and upping protein but I’m finding it difficult.
Today I had a protein yoghurt and fruit along with granola for breakfast, but then a ham and cheese toastie and x2 small kitkats for lunch and just had some chocolate with a cup of decaf tea. I’ve also had x2 Decaf coffees with x2 sugars in each.
I haven’t had any alcohol for a month now once I got word ivf was restarting and haven’t had any caffeine either for around 6 months and I take my supplements but I read that I should be having no snacks, protein shakes and no sugar to maximise my chances and I don’t know why I’m sabotaging myself when I want this to work ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
I also put on 5lbs during lockdown - so in now officially overweight and I can’t seem to motivate myself to lose it.
