Supplements causing me to bleed

Im starting IVF after CV trying to get my body ready for it so started taking supplements

Ubiquinol
Inositol
Omega 3 fish oil
Zita west vitafem
5mg folic acid

This week I had sporting when wiping and also I bled a bit after sex could they be messing with my system anyone else have this problem?

I had a normal smear test six months ago and std text 3 months ago have regular periods every 27 days

It could be that the supplements are increasing the blow flow down there so everything it's a bit more sensitive? I take these supplements and haven't experienced any spotting but they can affect people differently

How long have you been taking them? I really don’t think they should be having that kind of effect as they are not just fertility supplements but present in lots of multi vitamin formulas etc so it doesn’t make sense to me that if they enhance your fertility it’s at expense of impacting your uterine lining. I have been on all of those (bar insitol) for over a year now and never experienced any spotting.

Started a week ago then spotted started two days later don't know what else the spotting could be I took these supplements before and they didn't have this effect

Yes I wouldn’t think a week in they would be able to give you that kind of spotting.
