Positive ovulation test after taking ac

I took a ovulation test yesterday(negative) then my first Agnus castus tablet then I had one before bed then took a test this morning and it was positive !!! How ?! Is this normal I have no idea I haven't had a period since September so shocked that it says I'm ovulating or is it the ac thats making it look like I am.

It is likely to be a coincidence because it takes several days (usually 10 or more) for follicles to grow to the appropriate size before releasing an egg
