I've taken agnus castus on and off in the past. It took me a very long time to get a proper period after coming off the pill. And when I finally did start getting periods again, they were all over the place. I wasn't ovulating and I was having a lot of issues with spotting constantly. I took agnus castus and I didn't notice much difference at first, but then I noticed that my spotting was easing up, but my cycles became very long (over 45 days) I'm not sure if that was the agnus castus or not but it was the only thing I did differently. It didn't seem to have much effect on my ovulation as I was still not ovulating every month. I would say to try it if you want to, I know it seems to work for a lot of women. But for me it didn't seem to do a lot.

I’m not pregnant as I took a test I just don’t fancy going to the doctor I have bad anxiety and don’t want to be getting needles and tested unless I really need to ! I was just seeing if you know anything to bring it back? Before I do end up having to book an appointment many thanks.
