Need help please

I’ve got PCOS and don’t have a period naturally (last one was Nov ‘15). I’m fat and trying (and failing) to lose weight, the fertility clinic think I’ll fall once I lose the weight. I took provera and had a forced bleed in February.

For the last week, I’ve had really tender/sore nipples and feel super sick multiple times a day. I’ve tested three times over the last week and all have been negative.

Does anyone have any ideas? It’s doing my head in now, I feel awful and super emotional but obviously the negative tests aren’t helping my emotions. Could it be PCOS symptoms?

I have had lots of false hope, thinking I had symptoms but it I either hadn't or it was something else! :( I do understand.

Taking Provera won't re-start your periods - it will only induce a 'bleed'. You will not have ovulated from taking this. Have they offered Metformin? This may help with the weight issue too. I am on a combination of Metformin and Letrozole which will hopefully promote ovulation.

Try taking folic acid, vitamin d3 and a multivitamin aimed at conception (viabotics is a good brand to use for this) too.
