Anyone here any advice on best tracking devices for someone who has irregular periods

I use pre mom and also use the cheap ovulation testing strips - you use the app to take a photo of the test strip and it plots your cycle and tells you if the tests are low peak or high. Over a number of cycles it uses all the data to more accurately predict future cycles - obviously the more data you put in the better it is

Hi thank her all sold out on there website I been using there app but not been uploading test as it's not same

I really think you should go doctor I to suffer very bad from anxiety but it's only way to be safe
