I work for an agency, who have said I need to claim SSP. Question is, when should the start date be exactly? The date I started stimulation, egg retrieval/fertilisation, positive HPT or some other date?

I've been isolating except for the clinic appointments for over a month, and didn't book shifts from end of Feb, knowing I'd start the IVF in Mar. Any advice appreciated.

as soon as you've had a transfer you are legally deemed pregnant. i dont know how this info relates to ssp though, sorry

Thanks for that. I'm wondering what day others are using?

You can take sick leave from whenever you don't feel well enough to go to work because of it.

I was over stimmed for both my cycles so took 2 weeks paid sick leave for both. Can't remember exactly when it started as some time ago now but your GP will happily do you a note from whenever you feel you need it
