Faint line, pregnant?

So I don't want to get over excited incase I'm wrong. But I think / hope I can see a faint line. Please can someone confirm if I'm pregnant, someone with a bit more experience.

The counsellor from the hospital rang me and worried me. Saying “all sounds great let’s hope you are pregnant”

Got me worrying now. I’m terrible I over think everything but comments like that don’t help x

Hi everyone, just thought I would just jump on and see if anyone can help.

I took a test Tuesday and had a BFP (for the 1st time ever!) had a positive yesterday but then today 2 x faint positives as in can barely see the line.

Took them roughly the same time etc. Not sure what to think and now I’m panicking xx

Also forgot to say I’ve had pelvic pain since last week, like period cramps. I thought it was AF on way and only tested through habit on the day AF was due x
