FSH ?

I'm getting totally confused has anyone been through or going through FSH and can explain it to me please

Have you had a FSH level day 3 blood test done? If so this should have given you a number. Any number lower than 8 is very good and means your body is ovulating without any trouble. Higher numbers mean your body find it more difficult to ovulate, and numbers around 16 indicate perimenopause. I believe that numbers higher than about 30 will indicate menopause has been reached.
