Confused ? My first time with a positive please help ...

You may of seen my previous posts yesterday , I had my first ever positive test on Mother’s Day- was so over the moon ! Been ttc for 3 yrs. with help from Clomid

Tuesday evening I get some red blood whilst wiping.. lasted for about half an hour.
Yesterday spotted pink / brown all day . & red watery blood in the evening
Today - nothing ?
Did I have a miscarrage ? Or does this just happen ? My boobs are killing me , and cramps all over my left side.
Hopefully someone can help me ?
I will test again next week ?

Doesn't necessarily mean miscarriage, it could be lots of things.

Definitely test again next week but try not to worry too much in the meantime.

If it's a helpful, I have a positive story - when I was pregnant with my son I had very heavy bleeding, lasted for days with severe cramps. Went to the hospital to be scanned so they could check the miscarriage had finished... And there was a baby with a strong heartbeat! He turns two next month. So not all bleeding means miscarriage

Can you get implation bleeds at 3 weeks pregnant ? I’ve completely stopped now 🤔 am really hoping it was just my cervix / sensitive uterus ? The nurse did say I had really sensitive ovaries... fingers crossed .

Depends what you mean by 3 weeks pregnant as pregnancy is calculated from your last period not conception.

Yes it could well be your cervix.

In all of my pregnancies I've always bled at 6 weeks pregnant and again 10/12 weeks, just something my body does.

Hi OP, I hope all goes well for you. If you tested now you would get an idea of what’s going on. At 5 weeks you should have a nice dark line as the HCG doubles every two days. So if you compare your two tests this one should be much darker.

I’ll test tomorrow , fingers crossed it was just a little bleed from being sensitive or something ? It’s completely gone now .
