Clomid delaying my period

I have taken clomid - first round
So I was meant to start my period on 13th March.
Instead I had spotting only when wiped for less than 2 days. Now there's no blood. I'm getting stomach aches and my legs are aching. Has this happened to anyone before? My breasts do not ache at all. I've done 4 pregnancy tests and I'm not pregnant

So I've bled again today and now the blood has disappeared 🧐 I don't know what's going on
