Provera and ovulation

Hi,

I have very light bleeds lasting only a day, the fertility clinic has prescribed me Provera for 21days (then a gap of 7 for a bleed) for three cycles. I previously had 34 day cycles and would always ovulate around day 16-17. I am a little confused , will I still ovulate taking this Provera like This?

Any advice would help.
