Should we prepare for the worst?

Hello!
My OTD is tomorrow but tested early as we were going away at the weekend, and have had faint but clear lines on a range of tests since Thursday.

Today is 10dp 5dt and tested again - only a vfl on a frer compared to yesterday evening’s strong ones, clear blue 6 days early is totally negative and two one step pipette tests from the hospital are faint but positive. My temp has also gone down a little.

My husband is literally sobbing, convinced it has gone, I am 50-50.

Are we right to prepare ourselves for the worst? This is our 3rd round.

Another totally negative - think we know what to expect now.

I’m so so sorry - I know you’re technically not out until AF appears. But I’ve gone through a chemical and had similar tests to you. Fingers crossed

Here’s a picture if it helps. Totally negative clearblue then v v v faint on the early sign pink ones just now. It’s not good news is it.

@KTD27 but being on progesterone it’s unlikely that will happen til I stop from previous experience. God this is awful.

It's super hard to call, how much liquid have you had to drink, how many embryos did you have transferred?

Honestly I wouldn't be trusting anything other than a FRER at the moment.

@Si1ver One embryo transferred. I do drink loads of water, but the darkest frer was after drinking loads too. Thank you.

So sorry but yes I had similar test results a few years ago after our first IVF and within a few days my period arrived.
In contrast, our most recent IVF I had v strong positives from 5dp5dt. She's currently asleep in my arms.
I'd prepare yourself for this round not to be successful but I wish you luck and hopefully success for the future

I think the middle one is quite dark.. how’s it gone have you tested again since ?

When I tested after my IUI, I got an extremely faint line. The next day I had a blood test and that was strong enough for the doctors to suspect a multiple pregnancy. My twins are off to uni this year. Good luck, OP - I'm not sure the OTC tests are that reliable in early pregnancy.
