Hi ladies who have taken this. Do I wait for the start of a new cycle or just take it as soon as it arrives? Thank you

I haven't taken that brand in particular however I started taking myo-inositol 15th December. AF arrived 2 weeks later (making it around 45 days cycle compared to previous 6 months).

I would just start taking it straight away.
