Best all-in-one supplements

I've just had my first round of IVF which resulted in 5 fertilised eggs, with only one poor quality blast and a morula left by day 5. Both were transferred but resulted in a BFN. We have MFI issues but I also have doubts about my egg quality, as my cycles are quite irregular and I've had varying reports from doctors about whether I have PCOS.

I'm now starting to plan for our next cycle and trying to decide how best to use supplements for both of us in preparation. I read It Starts with the Egg ages ago and have been taking CoQ10 alongside a Zita West multivitamin for at least 6 months. I have just fallen into a rabbit hole of researching different supplements and found some American supplements called FH Pro, one for women and one for men. They are super expensive (like £80 a month each) but seem to have a lot of good stuff in them, and in good amounts. Has anyone got any experience of these, or other multivitamin type supplements you can recommend?

Sorry, no idea about the supplements you mentioned. Age has far more to do with egg quality that vitamins from my understanding. Are there any male issues? I've read a few things about lycopene (found in processed tomato products) which can improve sperm quality. I started hubby on nutri advanced mens multi essentals from amazon for £27 for 2mths. We start IVF next month, but unsure if the meds have helped hubby or not. I just take asda pregnancy multi vitamins.

I don't have great egg quality either but swapped on to Proceive Max for my later cycles plus 300mg ubquinol and royal jelly tablets

I can honestly say having been on those a year since my first egg collection that my subsequent eggs haven't increased in quality

The only thing that has made significant difference in fertilisation rate and blastocyst quality has been stripping my protocol back to natural modified IVF so very low dose stims.

Some people just aren't meant to produce more than 1 or 2 blastocysts per cycle and pushing your body to do something so abnormal just reduces egg quality further. My best cycle we targeted 2 follicles - both fertilised both top quality blastocysts (frozen at the moment as doing a 3 cycle package)

@itwasalovelydreamwhileitlasted hmm interesting thank you. Will give it another go with normal protocol for this round as I'm 70/30 sure it's a sperm issue, but maybe if that fails I will look into mild IVF.
