Reflexology for recurrent miscarriages?

Hi everyone

I have recently booked in for some reflexology with a lady who has specialised for around 15 years in fertility problems, IVF, endometriosis etc and I am looking forward to it.

I wonder if anyone has any experiences with reflexology and could share any experiences?

Hi @elc19 I have never been pregnant so no miscarriages but I started reflexology for fertility in December and I am really enjoying it. Whether it will make any difference I don’t know but I will keep going throughout my IVF.
