How to get my period to start early!!

Hey,
Does anyone have any tried and tested methods of how to get their period to start early, even just one day!
I am waiting to start my first round of ICSI and my clinic only lets you start stims on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday (something to do with egg collection days).
I am due to start my period this Saturday, but I usually start in the early evening, so I would be too late to ring the clinic and start, and then I think they won’t let me start the following Thursday as I would be too far in to my cycle then.
I know it’s not the end of the world, but it would mean I would have to wait another cycle!!!
When I have all my meds here waiting for me, and I have my head ready to start it would be horrible to have to wait for a matter of mere hours!😫
I have had a google and I am drinking 2 cups of parsley tea per day (when I say drink, I am holding my nose and gulping them down trying not to be sick!!! 🤢🤢)
I am drinking pomegranate juice, and I am taking extra vitamin c!!!
Anyone have any success and can help me out?!
Thanks in advance,
Emily

I have to say that's the most random rule I've heard imposed by a clinic? Is this via the NHS??
Surely they can't impose that as they don't know long you'll need stims for as everyone is different?

But to answer your question I don't think there is a natural way to bring on your period - I've known people do it only via medication (usually supplied by the IVF clinic if they have really long periods or very rarely have one)

It is my NHS cycle, at Leeds fertility. I wonder if it is with it being the NHS cycle.
It will be interesting to know if this cycle doesn’t work what the instructions are on the next private cycle!

I'm not surprised you've said it's the NHS! Thing is you could wait months for your period to fall
On a day which is convenient for them and I've heard of egg collections also being cancelled if they fall on a weekend etc! It just adds to the stress of the whole thing

Definitely completely different with private IVF - 7 days a week service
