Anyone trying IVF for a 2nd?

We've just started the IVF process trying for a 2nd child. We had DS through IVF/ICSI & he is now 7.
I feel a bit of a fraud reading some of the other IVF posts as I can feel the pain of the women who have yet to have a child - I feel as if I don't quite fit in there (I remember that pain all too well) as my experience this time is different.
Anyone else fancy company on their journey?

@HavelockVetinari - our frosties are so so quality. I think two 3BB and the others five are 3BC. Sorry to hear about the bleeding, really hope this round still has a chance. X

I've got 3BB frozen too my clinic have said they are good quality at that grade

I also have an extract from a scientific study which states that if the 3BB moves onto stage 4/5 once thawed then success rate is around 44% which is only a couple of percent lower than an AA grade x

My little one is nearly 8, I feel like our situations are so similar! It’s so stressful and taking over my life.
I’m just starting acupuncture this week. X

@itwasalovelydreamwhileitlasted - thanks for the info, it’s reassuring! Our clinic also said 3BB was good (the rest they described as borderline). Id almost prefer not to know the grades- feels a bit like getting marks for school exams 😬

Do any of you get super hungry? I mean HUNGRY! Like I literally can’t stop thinking about when I can next eat! It doesn’t help that husband and I are both dieting and I’m trying so hard not to snack but damn I feel like I could eat everything in the fridge and have the freezer food for dessert!!

@DobbieFreeElf I'll be taking prednisalone after ET so I'll be expecting to be starving all the time. I'm hoping but not hopeful I can stick to healthy snacks!

Prednisolone makes me soooo hungry too!!!

First scan does me this morning - cycle day 5 - one big one at 9mm on my right and the rest are 5-7mm - hopefully keep growing - next scan is Friday

Stated tamoxifen yesterday morning and had my Bemfola last night - looking forward to not having to stim every day x

Good news @itwasalovelydreamwhileitlasted!

I had another scan this morning too, 17 follicles, largest is 17mm, apparently 12 look "good" and 5 have some growing to do but over all happy (I think!)! EC might be brought forward to Friday or Saturday depending on a blood test result they will get back this afternoon!

As I know we are all in the same boat you'll all understand how I'm now worrying if it is Saturday I will have to get someone to have DS for the day. As I have only told 2 close friends that we are doing this hopefully one of them can have him to avoid any awkward questions about why we need childcare!
