My DP has low motility (almost none) and low morphology.

Does anybody know of a good consultant?

Also, if you have the same issue, what supplements your DPs were on and did they improve sperm quality?

Thanks all in advance!

Good consultant is Johnathon Ramsey.

Try the following for 3 months:

No drinking
No smoking
Loose boxers
No cycling
8-10 portions of fruit and veg a day
Regular exercise
Supplements - 1000 ui Vitamin E and C, zinc, selenium

My husband drinks smoothies loaded with fruit, veg, and various potions and powders like flaxseed, chia seeds, etc!

His morphology over the years has gone from 1% to 4%.

Thanks. I've checked his website and it says he's expert in azoospermia and oligospermia (which thankfully we don't have). Do you know where I could contact him to enquire? I tried yesterday his assistant but with no luck, so wondering if you have a different contact maybe?

Agree with all twinkledag.

My DH has low everything and is on:

No caffeine
No alcohol
No processed foods (including no confectionary)
Red meat only once a week
Lots of nuts
Proceive Max, 200mg ubiquinol, omega 3 fish oil tablets, 2000iu vitamin d
No baths or laptop on knee etc
Loose boxers

He doesn’t smoke so no change needed there.

Oh and we also did intolerance testing and he is highly intolerant to dairy and eggs so he’s also gone off all dairy and egg products.

Thanks very much for the advice. Has it helped your dh to get better stats?

It helped him go from 1.5 million count to 6.5 million so we are keeping doing it in the hopes the sperm for ivf are the best possible quality. I can’t remember numbers for motility or mobility sorry.

My husband had very low motility and 1% morphology.
We did IVF with ICSI and were successful first time
