Serum Athens - sperm improvement protocol

I understand they recommend doxycycline, vitamin C and E if the sperm DNA fragmentation is high.

Does any know what doses they recommend? Have any of you experienced this protocol?

1000 iu of vitamin e and c. Can't remember the Doxy measurement.

Cycle ended in miscarriage.
