Hi ladies. Im currently taking coenzyme Q10 because it's cheaper but keep reading ubiquinol is better. I dont know which brand to buy. Any advice on an affordable but good brand?

I get mine here: www.naturesbest.co.uk/co-q10/co-q10/ubiquinol-100mg/

@Wesstywoo thank you. Do you take them with or without food?

@Lilice with food, I think I read it helps with absorption xx

I ordered on amazon. Lots of reputable brands, various doses (I’m taking 200mg) and next day delivery.

I'm currently taking inositol but I've never heard of this? Any more info on it?

nearlyfinished1moreyear · 06/01/2020 21:58

I've just read it's for infertility in men?

Wesstywoo · 06/01/2020 21:58

@nearlyfinished1moreyear it is recommended to help with egg quality - I take 200mg per day

nearlyfinished1moreyear · 06/01/2020 22:00

Ah ok, I just had a quick google so didn't research as such.

Wesstywoo · 06/01/2020 22:27

@nearlyfinished1moreyear yes it is good for men too! what is inositol for? I also take proceive max and noticed it is one of the ingredients xx

FlashesOfRage · 07/01/2020 02:08

I take 600mg of Ubiquinol (Solgar brand) per day. That’s the amount my clinic recommends as I have Diminished Ovarian Reserve 👍

Ah I just read about his today in the "it starts with the egg" book. Thanks for info
