Has anyone referred themselves to OH for review while in IVF treatment? Was it helpful, did they make any adjustments? I work for the NHS if anyone has the same employer also.
Thanks.

Hi @Ivfunicorn I'm nhs too. I've not started any treatment yet, but had 6 sessions of counselling this time last year when we starting initial infertilty testing. I've since had 2 miscarriages and am now receiving trauma therapy via our occupational health service. It's good in that I've been seen quickly (waited over 6 months for my GP and got quite poor support from the iapt service). I'm seeing a psychotherapist so she's not made any recommendations for my work, but I have a good relationship with my manager and she's aware of everything so we've agreed adjustments together, like working flexibly or from home on days when I'm struggling.

I'd recommend seeing them for additional support x
