Has anyone been using utrogestan 100mg Vaginally rather than orally ?

They don’t come with applicators-how far do they need to be pushed up ?

They seem to be the same ingredients as the vaginal ones so I assume they’ll dissolve quickly ?

I was prescribed utrogestan (200mg) for vaginal use for a cycle a few years ago, but in the event I never actually used them (that cycle got cancelled before retrieval, and the next time around I asked to have cyclogest again because I was used to it). So, I don't have any experience of using utrogestan, but what I do have is two boxes of applicators that came with them and have been stuffed in the back of my wardrobe ever since. I'd be more than happy to send them on, if you think they'd be any use? Just PM me your address if you'd like them!

Best of luck.

Yes, I did. Just push them up as far as you can, I'd put one either side of my cervix because then they stayed up longer.
Sometimes the shell of them will come out when you go to the loo, but don't worry, if you look carefully it is just the outside casing.

I was wondering if they wouldnt dissolve due to being oral ones but looking at ingredients they seem to be identical to the Pessary ones
