How did everyone feel after transfer ?

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone can let me know how they felt after transfer ? I had mine Monday feel normal apart from boobs are sore and heavy. Also was anyone told not to do anything after ? I just got told to carry on as normal but just little things I read online like you shouldn’t have baths ? I don’t have a shower 😩

I felt normal after both of mine. I was given a list of things not to do from the clinic - did you not get anything? I was told definitely no heavy lifting or strenuous exercise and no swimming or baths.

Yes I did! After the first I have a 2 year old, and I'm nearly 12 weeks pregnant after my second transfer.
My clinic is quite strict though, I'm not sure it's that important not to bathe. Maybe just have the water as cold as possible and not stay in too long?

That’s amazing congratulations. I hope I’m as lucky. How did you find the waiting to test? I feel like it was ages ago I had the transfer not a couple of days 🤣 I’ve been in and out of the bath so hopefully it won’t effect me

I thinks it's just the temperature, and that almost certainly doesn't have an effect anyway.
First time I had no problem waiting, no temptation to test early or anything. It was weird how calm I was. This time I only made it to 5dp5dt before testing!

I had my transfer in January, my clinic advised me to carry on as normal but make sure I stayed well hydrated. We went on a shopping trip around the city centre after. I didnt feel any different after transfer. It was my first transger and it was successful, I have a 3 month old.

Really I would be so scared to get a false positive, but it’s so tempting to test early 😂 they have said I can test 1st jan, bloods 2 nd

Nothing for a couple of days. A few weird twinges / cramps a few days afterwards. It didn’t work so clearly didn’t mean anything

@Stacey2007 I actually felt less on my successful transfer, then the unsuccessful ones. I think about a week later some food smelled funny to me.
On my unsuccessful ones, I had loads of cramps and period type pain, and I KNEW it hadn’t worked. I spent the whole time between transfer and OTD crying!

Thankyou I’ve just tested and it’s a faint positive 🤞🏼 I’m going to go out and buy more tests to do in the morning lol I really hope it’s positive news 🤞🏼 X

So I’ve done 2 more tests since, and this mornings was definitely darker... but in the last hour or so I’ve been getting weird pains in my lower belly. ( not bad ones) but it’s making me think it will all fail 😩 x

@Stacey2007 will your clinic do a blood test? Positive pregnancy tests mean you’re pregnant, and you will feel all kinds of weird things now! But I did worry the whole of my pregnancy. Didn’t believe I was pregnant until I had the 7 week scan. Unless you’re in a lot of pain or bleeding, then try not to worry. X

Thankyou... yeah my blood test is Thursday . I’m just scared I will come on. I will try hold on till then and not worry, hopefully everything is fine 🤞🏼 Thanks for replying x
