Hi, this is probably a stupid question but I’m over thinking it. I’m due to start nasal spray on the 24th. On the packet it says to spread the doses evenly throughout the day, would you read this is evenly across 24 hours or just through the day? So would it be ok to take them say 8am, 12pm, 4pm and 8pm??
Sorry if this is obvious, but I don’t fancy waking up in the middle of the night for the next few weeks if I don’t have to! 😂
